Personal development and development of individuality are focused on business subjects and challenges, and employee response as a person and professional, on those challenges.

Coaching is not focused on the problems, but on the improvement of existing and development of new competencies.

It implies on personal work with a manager for a longer period of time - from three months up to one year.  Some subjects are studied in the groups.

This way of work enables managers to find the answers on their own regarding challenges which are in front of them.

Role of the coacher is to support a manager during the process of the problem analysis – business or private, to help in finding a new and permanent solutions which are adjusted with the surrounding.

Today’s manager is lonely in his position; he does not have the opportunity to „move“ from daily work and to see his role, productivity and pleasure from other perspective.
