Centre for human resource potential development was established in year 2006, with name Fenix International in Palic.

In that period training topics involved only soft skills area.

We have changed our company name in Fenix Human Resources and location in Belgrade in 2008. These changes were influenced by increasing job extent and complexity job requirements in Belgrade.

Fenix team includes 10 trainers from different areas. All of them are experts with competence, competitive and approved in education and practice work according to training fields.

Development of work potentials are increasingly ascribing attention of top management in companies in Serbia and now it is a part of integral part of strategic management. Basic of competitive advantages for companies in national and global market presents competitiveness of knowledge, skills and competence of leader, manager, teams and employees. Changes in environment, economy, technology, especially in informational-communication technologies preset request for permanent education, improvement and development of employees.

The function of training centre is to develop and train employees to be free and flexible persons, to achieve and exist in the time of dynamic changes with optimal costs of its own resources.

Our objective of training programme is to respond to employee’s needs which will benefit to efficient and effective implementation of  job requests.

We prepare, create and implement training programme for concrete company and their employees, which is applying in the context of: current market situation, mission and vision of the company in the selected period until external and internal changes arrive.

Training programme is always part of complex with interaction with all elements of management process and it is necessary to consider programme in that way.
