Fenix team

Active trainer’s role

Fenix trainers team has focus on unique way of design and execution of training at the professional level. Principle of work includes defining of:

1.  TRAINER’S AGENDA
Agenda gives a structure and framework of training themes. This agenda assists trainer and participants focus on full training plan. Trainer’s agenda shows a moving direction, like a driver’s map.

2. POWER POINT PRESENTATION
In the power point presentations which are prepared for in-house trainings  we import only key words and sentences, we create forms, models and pictures, nest colours according to the training topic and right learning of olders. We begin from general and move to specific information, arguments and conclusions.

Creation of PP presentation for training enables employees to:
To determine material according to training theme
To recognize its weak points in knowledge by setting up questions itself and looking for answers, such as connect theory with practice
Active listening and following of trainer’s interpretation
Visual and symbolic perceive terminology
Better memorize terms and concepts through graphical displays

Our trainers have in their mind participants of trainings and requirements of company all the time when they create PP presentation with benefit to fulfill training objectives.

3. TRAINER’S SKILLS
Our trainers have skills:
Design training programme
Implement training programme

These are fundamental skills but not enough. Holistic and more border knowledge from training topics are highly necessary for trainer. These knowledge gives trainer to build competitive powers and to have influences among participants.

Our trainers have a basic goal to enable training participants to have their working behavior changed considering their way of completing business work tasks and improving their performance.

Creating and planning a training requires a trainer to keep its mind on two perspectives:
Company requirements and participants’ needs
Respond to request and demand of gathering and grouping knowledge at some area and choose specific methods

Fenix trainers team has skill to sublime theory into practice and to recognize all possibilities of improving participants and organization.

Our goal is to make our participants see the knowledge and later on find the way to apply the behavior changes during their work on individual level.

4. ACTIVE METHOD OF TEACHING
It is very important that we use two teaching methods during our trainings:

- Interactive lessons
- Creative workshops, which include case study analysis and active roleplay
- Interactive discussions

Creating workshops is active teaching method. All participants are active from beginning to an end thinking and reacting.
Workshops require thinking, associating, remembering, writing, movement and problem solving.
They include experiencing learning where the connection is made ahead and backward between what we learn and consequences that come as result.

Leading a workshop is a skill which, as any other skill, develops through practical experience, introspection and sensibility to our own gestures and reactions, as on group dynamics.
Our trainers are capable of continually adjusting their behavior and developing  primary personal inner qualities to make them ready and steady in changes.
In accordance with training needs, we create workshops which can be modified, improved and adjusted during the training, depending on the needed constellation.
